an urban townhome’s first floor is given eclectic style while becoming highly functional for the family. the large modular sectional was chosen to exactly fit the space and seat the extended family and guests when entertaining. a top down, bottom up custom bamboo shade helps with privacy while still allowing daylight. the dining room chandelier adds texture and light beyond the canned ceiling lights. to mesh the kitchen with the rest of the style choices in this open floor plan, brass and wood accessories were chosen, including replacing the island’s pendant lights.
